These Regulations provide that a register shall be maintained by an officer appointed for the purpose in respect of: (a) applications for the assessment of standard rent under the Rent Restriction Act; and (b) all other proceedings under the Act. They also provide with respect to applications to Rent Tribunals and the procedure to be followed by Rent Tribunals.
