This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of inclusion of land plots in the category of urban land or exclusion of the plots of land from this category. The person concerned shall submit to local government application and cadastre registration of land plot for which in requested inclusion in (or exclusion from) the category of urban land. The decision shall be legalized in the form of Regional Decree issued by the Regional Government.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la actividad urbanística y el régimen urbanístico del suelo, el vuelo y el subsuelo en la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón. La actividad urbanística comprende la clasificación, el planeamiento, la urbanización, la intervención en el mercado de la vivienda y del suelo y en el uso del suelo y la disciplina urbanística, que se desarrolla en el marco de la ordenación del territorio.

Law 10169 of 2009 amends and supplements articles 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27 and 32 of the law No.9482 of 2006. The amendments mostly concern the payment procedures of the non- permitted constructions.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las licencias urbanísticas, al reconocimiento de edificaciones, a la función pública que desempeñan los curadores urbanos y a la legalización de asentamientos humanos, en lo relacionado con el concurso de méritos para la designación o redesignación de los curadores urbanos y los criterios para la evaluación de su actividad.

Main object of the Code is to ensure uniformity of law and policy with respect to land tenure, registration of titles relating to land, transfer of land, leases and charges in respect of land, easements and other rights and interests in land.

The purpose of this Law, which consists of 8 articles, is to prohibit any changes in land use of farms and gardens outside the limit of cities. The Act states that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development shall decrease urban development to the farms and gardens surrounding the cities and minimize changes in land use of farms and gardens inside urban areas.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto adoptar con carácter urgente y transitorio disposiciones en materia de régimen de suelo y ordenación urbana, con la finalidad de completar el régimen urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo establecida en la legislación estatal y regular la actividad administrativa en materia de urbanismo y suelo.

This Law lays down several amendments to Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning. In particular, it amends articles 17, 22 (14), 22 (1), 28, 54, 59, 75, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84. The amendments deal with (i) tasks and responsibilities of urban planning units within the district councils and municipalities, (ii) inspections carried out by these units during construction works, (iii) demolition of objects considered to be unsafe for human life and public health, (iv) removal of unlawful constructions and arbitrary land occupation, as well as (v) penalties.

The purpose of this Act is to build a beautiful and dignified national land, to create an attractive and comfortable living environment, and to bring into being unique and vibrant communities, by formulating landscape plans and taking other comprehensive measures to facilitate the formation of good landscapes in Japan's urban and rural districts, thereby improving the lives of citizens and contributing to the growth of the national economy and to the sound development of the community.
