Regional Law No. 1929-ZRK “On price of some plots of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production”.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities, terms and conditions of concession of right of ownership or lease of urban land for payment related to public and municipal land. Concession of urban land in ownership can be carried out through direct sale of land. The provisions of this Decree shall not be applicable to concession of the plots of land free of charge.

Mediante esta Ley se establece el Plan Extraordinario de Regularización del Dominio de Tierras Fiscales en la Provincia de Misiones y se definen las condiciones que deben cumplir las personas físicas y jurídicas para acceder a estos beneficios. Si se trata de predios rurales, las personas físicas comprendidas en el marco del presente régimen pueden acceder a la propiedad de hasta cincuenta hectáreas.

The Code regulates the land relations on the territory of Armenia and intends to provide effective land use and maintenance, environmental protection and improvement, creation of conditions for equal development of all economic forms based on a variety of property, preservation of rights of citizens, enterprises and organizations, and at legal reinforcement of the rule of law in the sphere of land relations (Preamble). The Code sets out the redistribution of the land stocks by allotting land as property, for permanent use and for temporary use (art.5-7).

Por la presente Ley se establecen las normas y principios básicos de las funciones catastrales y la valuación de los predios. La Dirección General del Catastro es la dependencia del Ejecutivo del Estado que tiene por objeto la formación y conservación del catastro estatal, mediante los sistemas técnicos y administrativos que se establezcan. La Ley clasifica los predios en urbanos, sub-urbanos y rústicos.

La presente Ley de estabilidad de la propiedad, tiene por objeto el logro de la estabilidad de la titulación para los beneficiarios de la Reforma Agraria y Reforma Urbana. Dispone que las solvencias de Ordenamiento Territorial y las resoluciones denegatorias dictadas por la Oficina de Ordenamiento Territorial (OOT) que se encuentren firmes, tendrán carácter de documento público con el mismo valor legal que establece el Código de Procedimiento Civil.

This Regional Law shall have as its purpose ensuring the right of citizens to favorable environment, including landscape and shade gardening, planting of recreational urban forests, thus ensuring favorable conditions for vital activity of citizens, and delimits plenary powers between city state bodies, local government and municipal units in the sphere of improvement of natural environment. Objects of improvement of natural environment shall be: (a) urban land; (b) private land; (c) public and municipal land; and (d) public land with undelimited public ownership.

This Decree validates the following form sheets related to removal or replanting of vegetation in urban areas: (a) expert opinion on flora species (Annex 2); (b) list of flora species subject to planned removal or re-planting (Annex 3); (c) authorization for removal of flora species in urban areas (Annex 4); (d) authorization for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 5); (e) register of authorizations for removal of flora species (Annex 6); and (f) register of authorizations for re-planting of flora species in urban areas (Annex 7).

Decree No. 27 of State Property Committee validating the Regulation on cadastre valuation of urban land and agricultural land of horticulture and gardening cooperatives and updating its data.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted for urban and peri-urban agriculture to horticulture and gardening cooperatives, and also the land or urban areas. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 July of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of the aforesaid land categories shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 4 years.
