This Chapter of the Florida Statutes regulates forestry.
This Chapter of the Florida Statutes provides for soil and water conservation. Its policy objective is to promote the appropriate and efficient use of soil and water resources, protect water quality, prevent floodwater and sediment damage, preserve wildlife, protect public lands, and protect and promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. The Chapter creates soil and water conservation districts.
El presente Decreto delimita la Zona Intangible de Conservación Tagaeri Taromenane (ZITT) en las tierra de habitación y desarrollo de los grupos Huaorani, conocidos como Tagaeri Taromenane, y otros eventuales que permanecen sin contacto, ubicadas hacia el sur del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY).
El presente Decreto declara Zona Intangible de Conservación, vedada a todo tipo de actividad extractiva, las tierra de habitación y desarrollo de los grupos Huaorani, conocidos como Tagaeri Taromenane, y otros eventuales que permanecen sin contacto, ubicadas hacia el sur de las tierras adjudicadas a la nacionalidad Huaorani y del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY).
El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Plan de Manejo del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY), como instrumento técnico y de planificación que rige la gestión del área protegida, que contiene los principios, directrices y normas para alcanzar la coexistencia armónica entre el uso racional de los recursos, los bienes y servicios que genera y garantice la conservación de los procesos ecológicos que determinan la funcionalidad de los ecosistemas inmersos en el área protegida.
Le Plan d’action du Haut Commissariat aux Eaux et Forêts et à la Lutte Contre la Désertification (HCEFLCD) s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un programme décennal (2005-2014) qui consacre la multifonctionnalité des écosystèmes forestiers et vise (i) la lutte contre la désertification, (ii) la conservation et le développement des ressources forestières et (iii) le développement humain dans les espaces forestiers et péri-forestiers.
Article 9 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The period of functioning of regional protected area can be extended if considered useful for the purposes of constitution of regional protected area”.

The overall objective of the present national cross-sectoral Forest Policy is to achieve sustainable forest management that would ensure sustainable increases in the economic, social and environmental benefits from forests and trees for the present and future generation including the poor and the vulnerable groups.
This Order establishes the declaration of protected places. It specifies such places in the first column of the Schedule: 1. Building of Receiver and its area, Kampong Serusop, Mukim Berakas A, Brunei Muara District. 2. Building of DVOR/ DME and its area, Kampong Beribi, Mukim Gadong B, Brunei Muara District. 3. Building of NDB and its area, Kampong Mata-Mata, Mukim Gadong B, Brunei Muara District. 4.
The High Commissioner may declare, by Proclamation, any area of land to be a national park under section 3, and may acquire private land with the area declared to be a national park pursuant to section 4. Sections 5 and 6 place restrictions on residence in parks. No person shall hunt in national park, but fishing is allowed and hunting for the preservation of species is allowed. Various other activities are prohibited in a national park.
This Resolution has been drafted to add some specific information to the Regulation on procedures and principles of determination, registration and approval of protected areas. According to the ecological based scientific research projects, this Resolution clarifies the definition and guidelines of sensitive areas, special protection areas, protected areas with sustainable use of natural resource, and areas off site of the settlement and development areas in the Environmental Plan.
This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 2 regarding archeological site, Article 6 regarding principles of conservation development plan, Article 7 regarding immovable cultural properties, Article 8 regarding local administration for protected areas, Article 11 regarding modification, revision and annexes of conservation development plan, Paragraph 2 of Article 15 regarding approval of the projects by the Ministry, Article 19 regarding duties, authorities and responsibilities of the experts, and Articles 23 and 25 regarding qualifications of project team members.
