The present Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of privatization of state property including privatization of unfinished constructions. Unfinished constructions are considered objects that have validated project and allotted plot of land on which construction has not started. Object of privatization is also the right to prospect the stock of subsoil and natural resources. The document consists of VII Secs. that contain 35 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-11) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 12-13) establishes competence of state bodies in the sphere of privatization.

Les dépendances du domaine public maritime situées hors des limites administratives des ports peuvent faire l'objet de concessions d'utilisation en vue de leur affectation à l'usage du public, à un service public ou à une opération d'intérêt général. Les biens ainsi concédés ne sont pas soustraits au domaine public. Ces concessions sont conclues pour une durée qui ne peut excéder trente ans.

This Act regulates the management of commissioners’ land, i.e. the lands acquired by the Territories with Territorial funds before, on or after June 27, 1969; public lands the administration of which has before, on or after June 27, 1969, been transferred by the Governor in Council to the Territories; all roads, streets, lanes and trails on public lands, and lands acquired by the Territories pursuant to tax sale proceedings (sect. 2) The Act but does not apply in respect of any mines or minerals under or within such lands.

These Regulations implement the Commissioner’s Lands Act by providing in details on the administration of the Act, applications for lands covered by the Act, reservations, the sale of Commissioner’s Land, quarrying leases, hay permits, quarry permits and quarry administration agreements.

The present Law determines legal basis and regulations for carrying out land reform. The document consists of VII Secs. that contain 26 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. National Assembly decrees to carry out privatization of state property on the basis of annual programs validated by the National Assembly, National Bank and other banks must provide for timely carrying out banking operations connected with privatization of state property. The Ministry of Finance must allot finances for carrying out program of privatization of state property.

This Act concerns the management of Crown lands, i.e. all or any part of the lands vested in the Crown that are under the administration and control of the Minister and includes any water upon or under the surface of such lands and of forest and forest resources. The Act provides for surveys, for alienation and acquisition of land, including leases of Crown lands and acquisition of land by the Minister. The Act also provides for Crown timber licences, sub-licences and timber permits, the sale of timber and related royalties.
