La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento para la delimitación y mantenimiento de fajas marginales de los cauces de agua naturales o artificiales, en relación a la realización de cultivos en la fajas marginales y en las riberas de los ríos amazónicos, disponiendo que la Autoridad Administrativa del Agua (AAA) autoriza el uso temporal de las fajas marginales y de las riberas de los ríos amazónicos para la siembra de cultivos, siempre que no se afecten los usos públicos, el curso de las aguas y no impida el mantenimiento y limpieza de los cauces.

These Regulations apply to certain public agricultural land, namely to land that belongs to the Government and which is mainly let for the growing of crops, flowers, fruit-trees or vines and for cognate agricultural purposes. These provisions regulate the transfer and lease of such agricultural land.

This Law regulates relations concerning ownership, land tenure, and disposal of agricultural land, establishing plenary powers of regional administration and local government in the sphere of turnover of agricultural land. It establishes terms and conditions for allotment of plots of agricultural land pertaining to state and municipal property. Agricultural land shall be used exclusively for agricultural production.

This Federal Law specifies the powers of local governments to implement municipal land control. According to the law, local self-government bodies of the municipal district exercise control over objects of land relations located on the inter-settlement territory of the municipal district.

This Regulation sets forth principles and procedures of works and operations regarding private and public forests. This Regulation includes provisions on management and conservation of private and public forests, forest cadastre, forest planning, inspection, environmental impact assessment, as well as permit processes for works and operations regarding private and public forests.

The Law determines principles for spatial development planning in Latvia. Its purpose is to ensure such spatial development planning that would raise the quality of the living environment, ensure sustainable, effective and rational use of territories and other resources, as well as targeted and balanced development of economy.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Text consists of 31 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Grassland Ownership and Use Right of Grasslands(II); (III); Grassland Protection and Utilization (III); Reward and Punishment (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la ejecución del procedimiento de otorgamiento de tierras eriazas en parcelas de pequeña agricultura, que son de obligatorio cumplimiento por parte del personal que labora y/o presta servicios en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura u órgano o unidad orgánica de los Gobiernos Regionales que haga sus veces, que participe en las actividades y/o procesos vinculados en la tramitación de expedientes de otorgamiento de tierras eriazas en parcelas de pequeña agricultura.

This Act provides for certain aspects relating to disposal of public property and other matters relating to public asset management. The objects of this Act are to promote— (a) the principles of accountability, integrity, transparency and value for money; (b) efficiency, fairness, equity and public confidence; and (c) local industry development, sustainable procurement and sustainable development, in public procurement and the disposal of public property. “Public property” means real or personal property owned by a public body.

La presente Resolución, como consecuencia de la nueva legislación en materia de otorgamiento de tierras eriazas, deroga la que estableció un procedimiento para identificar e incorporar al dominio del Estado las tierras eriazas de libre disponibilidad que debían ser otorgadas por la entonces Comisión de Promoción de la Inversión Privada (COPRI) a favor de terceros, bajo la modalidad de subasta pública para concesión o venta.

The protection and management of environment are among the pillars of Vision 2020. The objective of the Government is that by 2020, it will have built a nation in which pressure on natural resources, particularly on land, water, biomass and biodiversity, has significantly been reduced and the process of environmental pollution and degradation has been reversed; a nation in which the management and protection of these resources and environment are more rational and well regulated in order to preserve and bequeath to future generations the basic wealth necessary for sustainable development.

This Regulation is enacted according tothe Land Act.The acquisition, creation, transfer, change, or nullification of the land rights as prescribed in Article 4, shall be duly registered. The registration agency shall not cancel any land right that has been duly registered according to the Regulation without a valid court decree for cancellation, unless otherwise provided by the Regulation.
