The Country Investment Plan (Plan) is a roadmap towards investment in agriculture, food security and nutrition in Bangladesh. It is a five-year comprehensive plan with national coverage that aims to ensure sustainable food security which entered into force in 2011. This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of land relations shall make decisions or conclude contracts for redistribution of land pertaining to the regional property with undelimited ownership, or municipal property, between regional and municipal authorities”.

This Act vests all land comprised in the territory of each State in the Federation in the Governor of that State and requires that such land shall be held in trust and administered for the use and common benefit of all Nigerians in accordance with the provisions of this Act. In each State a Land Use and Allocation Committee shall be established. Such committee shall be responsible for advising the Governor on land management and resettlement issues. The Governor may declare urban areas and land controlled by the military shall be administered separately.
This Act concerns rural land. The Act consists of 15 sections divided into 4 Parts: Preliminary (I); Acquisition and Alienation of State Land (II); Occupation of Land by Person Other Than Owner Not Involving Subdivision (III); General (IV).Communal land and other specified types of land are excluded from the operation of this Act (sect. 3). Section 5 provides for the acquisition of land by the State; section 6 for the alienation of State land.
Article 21 lists categories of citizens that shall have priority right of allotment of plots of public land on lease.

This Law amends certain provisions (procedural matters) part of the Law on privatization of state agricultural land (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 87/2013).Changes are part of the amended simplified (shortened) procedural matters aimed to make the Law and its related field more accessible.The adoption of this amending Law will also provide for a longer period for payment of the purchase price for the purchase of agricultural land in state ownership if the selected bidder is an individual.
