La presente Ley dicta normas de distribución de terrenos baldíos a familias pobres del país con fines sociales y productivos, disponiendo que el Consejo Directivo del INCODER señale para cada región o zona las extensiones máximas y mínimas adjudicables de los baldíos productivos en Unidades Agrícolas Familiares.

La presente Resolución establece los lineamientos y adopta la metodología para que los municipios y distritos recojan y suministren la información para conformar el inventario nacional de asentamientos localizados en zonas de alto riesgo por deslizamientos e inundaciones.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y escalas de detalle para incorporar de manera gradual la gestión del riesgo en la revisión de los contenidos de mediano y largo plazo de los planes de ordenamiento territorial municipal y distrital o en la expedición de un nuevo plan.

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state and the Watercourses Act. Section 1 establishes that the Regulation applies to the leasing of land and other immovable rights in the waters in the domain of the State or dry land required for the building, operation and maintenance by private producers of hydroelectric power plants having a capacity of 25 MW or less and related equipment or installations. La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto regular el urbanismo en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco, respecto a la vigencia y adaptación de planes generales, instrumentos de ordenación urbanística y normas subsidiarias, que deberán ser adaptados a las determinaciones de la Ley Nº 2/2006, con aprobación definitiva en el plazo máximo de quince años.

This Law establishes that public property can be movable and immovable objects, including plots of agricultural land and public forest. It establishes the terms and conditions for privatization of public property. Privatization of public property shall be performed in accordance with purchase and sale contracts. The following objects of public property shall not be subject to privatization: (a) subsoil; (b) water resources; (c) territorial water; (d) continental shelf; (e) state forest fund; (f) protected areas; (g) national parks; and (h) objects of cultural heritage.

This Act is composed of 20 chapters and it is divided into 148 articles.

The scope of this Law shall be acknowledgement of the right of ownership to land plots pertaining to the ownership (tenancy) of natural and legal persons of private law. It shall be also applicable to unauthorized land seizure related to the plots of land pertaining to public land. This Law establishes plenary powers of state bodies representing the interests of the state in the process of acknowledgement of the right of ownership.

This Law regulates the subject and authority aimed to grant concessions, concessions policy and the procedure for the award of concessions on the territory of Republic of Srpska, elements of the concession agreement and the termination of the concession agreement, the rights and obligations of the concessionaire and concession holders, the choice and responsibility of the Commission for Concessions and other issues of importance for the concessions.The concession is, in terms of this Law, the right to conduct economic activities using public property, natural resources and other assets of g

La presente Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, tiene por finalidad establecer un conjunto de regulaciones orientadas a fortalecer la industria del camarón cultivado en sus distintas etapas, a fin de elevar su competitividad. Se crea la Guía de embarque obligatoria, extendida por el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agropecuaria (SENASA), para el transporte de producto cuyo destino sea el mercado interno.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, con el objeto de desarrollarla complementariamente para su eficaz aplicación.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Peasant association shall be constituted by the regional administration by agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the proposition of district and city administration. At the moment of constitution of a peasant administration it shall be attributed denomination/name title”.
