The Law totals 78 Articles and is divided in the following Chapters and: I, Fundamentals of the Agricultural Law; II, Agricultural Production; III, Strengthening of Material and Technological Foundation of Agriculture; IV, protection of Agricultural Resources; V, Management of Agricultural Products. The Law highlights agriculture as one of the major pillars of national economy because it ensures the supply of food to the population and the production of raw materials to be destined to industrial and commercial utilization.

Registration of Landlords Act (61:02).

The Chairman of the Central Housing and Planning Authority shall keep a register of all persons defined by this Act as landlords, i.e. any person who under any tenancy is entitled to rents and profits of land or buildings. Every landlord shall register as a landlord within two months of the commencement of the tenancy. Applications for registration shall be made in the form set out in the Schedule. The State shall be exempted from registration as a landlord. Other provisions of this Act deal with transfer of registration or amendments in the register.

The Law consists of 10 Sections composed of 212 articles. Land is the main national wealth under special protection of the State. The right of ownership of land is guaranteed. Use of the right of land ownership cannot damage rights and freedom of citizens, interests of society, deterioration of ecological situation and natural qualities of land.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

La presente Ley contiene el marco normativo del el Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Misiones, que constituye es el registro del estado de hecho de la cosa inmueble existente en su territorio, con referencia a los títulos jurídicos invocados o a la posesión ejercida. El artículo 2º identifica las finalidades del Catastro, mientras que el artículo 3º establece que para su formación se adopte como base el sistema geométrico parcelario por registración de actos de levantamiento territorial practicados de conformidad con el régimen previsto por el Decreto Ley Nacional Nº 20.440.

Decreto Supremo Nº 26.580 - Priorización del saneamiento y catastro de la propiedad agraria.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de los artículos 6º y 13 de la Ley Nº 2.235 de 31 de julio de 2001, los cuales disponen que los Gobiernos Municipales, en acuerdo con las organizaciones campesinas e indígenas, coordinen la priorización e identificación de áreas para el saneamiento y titulación de la propiedad agraria. El Decreto consta de dos capítulos. El capítulo I se refiere a la priorización del saneamiento y catastro de la propiedad. El capítulo II reglamenta la ejecución del proceso de saneamiento y catastro de la propiedad agraria.

This Act, consisting of 20 sections completed by one Schedule, concerns the sale of land whose proceeds are payable to the Crown. The Act defines the power of the Minister in respect of lands, the procedures for the sale and transfer of land and spells out the duties of the Minister and of the Registrar-General.
