The Law prescribes the procedures for performance of the land reform in the cities of the Republic of Latvia. The objective of the land reform is to reorganise the legal, social and economic relationships of a land property and the use of land in cities during the gradual denationalisation, conversion, privatisation of State property and unlawfully alienated land properties in order to promote formation of city building corresponding to the interests of society, protection and rational utilisation of land.

Both Parties agree to cooperate on land resource management,land administration and immigrant resettlement. The cooperation mentioned in this Memorandum of Understanding may include, but is not limited to, the following areas of common interest:   1. Development, protection, management and utilization of land resources;   2. Land information management, land surveys, cadastre updates, land registration, statistics, valuation, and the application of modern technologies in these areas;   3. Land use planning;   4. Land market, land allocation, relevant laws and regulations;   5.

This Act amends the Deeds and Commercial Registries Authority Act in section 5 concerning the composition of the Governing Board of the Authority, and by making minor modifications to sections 6 and 10.

Le présent décret fixe l'organisation des conservations de la propriété foncière et des hypothèques. Les services techniques comprennent : le service d'immatriculation ; le service de la publicité foncière ; le service de l’informatique, des archives et de la recherche, le service de la législation et du contentieux, et le service administratif, financier et comptable.Cette Ordonnance qui s’applique aux immeubles bâtis et non bâtis soumis au régime de l’immatriculation foncière, fixe le régime de la propriété foncière en en République gabonaise.

This Act makes provision with respect to the creation and registration of leases. There shall be a Land Leases Register for the registration of each lease required to be registered by this Act. The Act defines various conditions applying to a registered lease and the effects of registration. Other provisions of this Act concern other titles in land such as mortgages and easements, co-ownership, transmission, trusts, and cautions.

This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Metodología para la inscripción, actualización y control del Patrimonio Inmobiliario del Estado en el Registro de la Propiedad, para el registro y control administrativo de los inmuebles estatales.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State registration of the objects of cultural heritage shall include the following procedures: (a) identification; (b) elaboration of recommendation for insertion of objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage; (c) drafting of the list of objects destined for insertion in the Register; and (d) data collection requested for insertion of the objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage”.

La presente Resolución establece la metodología para desarrollar la actualización permanente de la formación catastral, que tiene por objetivo definir el marco metodológico aplicable a los ejercicios de actualización catastral “permanente” en el país, considerando el ordenamiento jurídico vigente y las diferencias que pueden existir catastralmente entre entidades territoriales y entre autoridades catastrales, incluidos sus niveles de desarrollo y necesidades.

Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto modificar el capítulo III de la Ley Agraria de Extremadura, sobre el Procedimiento electoral para la determinación de la representatividad de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias en la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, cuyo objeto es regulat el procedimiento electoral para la determinación de la representatividad de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias legalmente constituidas con implantación en la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura.

This Order establishes that administration of the State Land Cadastre shall be intended implementation of measures and arrangements for setting up and keeping software of the State Land Cadastre, technical and technological support thereof and preservation and protection of the information and data contained therein. The administrator of the State Land Cadastre shall be responsible for access to information for the purpose of viewing, research, copying and printing of the information published on the official web-site of the State Land Agency.
