This Decree regulates Law No. 6.225 establishing the obligation of drawing up regional environmental plans in order to avoid or prevent soil erosion. It consists of 14 articles defining lands to be protected (specifying environmental requirements to be satisfied) according to the Ministry of Agriculture. Land authorized activity is specified in the text.

This Law establishes the obligation of drawing up regional environmental plans in order to avoid or prevent soil erosion. It consists of 7 articles establishing that lands must comply with specified environmental requirements.

"Notice" means a notice referred to in section 4 of the Soil Conservation Act. Section 4 prescribes that if an officer is satisfied that, with respect to land, appropriate measures are not being taken, he shall serve on the landholder a notice directing the landholder to take, within the time specified in the notice, the remedial measures set out in the notice. Where a landholder does not comply with a notice within the period of time specified in the notice an officer or a person authorized by an officer, the officer or autorised person may carry out such matters.

There is established by section 6 of this Act a Commission by the name of the Australian Heritage Commission.

This Decree creates the Commitee for Coastal Zone Protection - CODEL within the State of Rio de Janeiro. It consists of 8 articles concerning composition, competencies and duties of the aforementioned environmental Institution, uder the Ministry of Environment, entitled to carry out controls and to manage coastal zones within the State of Rio de Janeiro.

With a view to protect and improve the agricultural environment in Xiamen, to prevent pollution and protect ecosystem, the Measure is hereby formulated. The agricultural environment is defined as including land, water for agricultural purposes, air and other factors which have an impact on the survival and development of agricultural resources.

This Decree establishing composition and functioning of the Coordination Group for National Coastal Zone Planning (PNGC). It consists of 4 articles defining composition, competencies and duties of the aforementioned environmental institution entitled to manage, carry out controls and plan coastal zones.

This Federal Law establishes the legal basis in the field of land reclamation, determines the authority of state executive bodies, local administrations as regards the regulation of the aforesaid activity and the rights and the duties of citizens (physical persons) and juridical persons that carry out land reclamation and provide for efficient use and protection of reclamated land. The Federal Law consists of 9 Sections composed of 42 articles. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 specifies types and kinds of land reclamation.

This Decree creates the Coastal Zone Protection Committee within the State of Rio de Janeiro - CODEL. It consists of 11 articles establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental institution entitled to protect and develop coastal areas carrying out controls and managing these areas within the limits of the said State.

This Act is divided up into three Parts as follows: Part I outlines provisions implementing acts of the parliament of Canada; Part II deals with control of tillage and Part III contains general provisions. Section 2 authorises the municipality to do any act contemplated or required to be done to secure the rehabilitation or development of any agricultural area within the municipality. A municipality is to develop within that area; systems; farm practice; tree culture; water supply; land utilization; and land settlement, that will afford greater economic security.

This Regulation establishes the modalities of licensing agricultural chemistry service carried out by juridical persons and individual businessmen.
