El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que establece las normas que regulan el procedimiento para la promoción de la inversión privada en proyectos de irrigación de tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola de propiedad del Estado, conforme a lo establecido por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 994.
