The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the treatment of sewage sludge, biogenic waste, biowaste, and green waste on agricultural land. The text consists of 13 articles dealing with definition of terms, treatment of biogenic waste and sewage sludge, requirements of biogenic waste to be used on agricultural land, bringing into circulation, and entry into force. Seven Annexes are enclosed.

This Directive supplements Annexes I, II and III to Directive 1999/31/EC by inserting further provisions concerning the storage of mercury considered as waste and related criteria.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of waste and soil protection provisions in Saxony. In particular, the Ordinance defines the responsibilities of the following public bodies: the State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture, regional offices, Mining Office, State Office for Environment, Agriculture and Geology, and other specialized agencies. This Decree establishes a public corporation that shall be responsible for waste collection and processing in Aruba and the maintenance of all public land. The corporation shall be managed by a council and a director. It shall observe in its operations all existing environmental norms.

This Directive lays down rules on integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities, particularly those referred to in Chapters II to VI (which include combustion plants, waste incineration plants and installations and activities using organic solvents as well as installations producing titanium dioxide). It sets out provisions to prevent or reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment.

This Code of Good Agricultural Practice addresses issues related to the protection of waters affected by nitrate pollution deriving from agricultural sources. It is divided into four Parts as follows: the first Part (A) concerns fertilizers and aims at assisting farmers in implementing friendly practices towards the environment in a way that income by their crops may be secured and also that the environment can be protected. In particular it aims at avoiding pollution of underground and surface waters from the accumulation of nitrates through water infiltration or surface runoff.

These Regulations amend the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 in Schedule 2 so as to provide for an exemption for the landspreading of sludges from on-site effluent treatment of waste from abattoirs and meat and fish processing plants referred to in the European Waste Catalogue.

This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered. The development plan and development management systems are modified so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other significant changes are made in respect of planning appeals and enforcement.

This Order amends the Landfill Tax (Qualifying Material) Order 2011 in relation with disposals of qualifying material and the definition of bottom ash and fly ash from coal or petroleum coke combustion as such material.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que reglamenta parcialmente la Ley Nº 28.687, en relación a la facultad que tienen las Municipalidades Provinciales o el Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI) para solicitar de manera extraordinaria la permuta de terrenos del dominio privado del Estado con terrenos referido a la Formalización de la Propiedad Informal de Terrenos Ocupados por Posesiones Informales, Centros Urbanos Informales y Urbanizaciones Populares.

These Regulations provide a new regime for neighbourhood planning as foreseen by the Localism Act 2011.
