The primary objective of the National Land Use Plan (NLUP) is to provide a strategic framework to guide land development in Guyana. As such the NLUP is built upon a number of national policies and strategies that have a direct relevance for land use and land management. A main objective of the NLUP is to enable financial resources to be targeted at optimal land uses at the regional level.The NLUP aims to suggest a number of options for particular areas that can then guide decision-makers and attract inward investment.

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text consists of 46 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions(I); Land Ownership and Use Right(II); Overall Planning for Land Utilization(III); Cultivated Land Protection(IV); Land for Construction Purposes (V); Supervision and Examination (VI); Legal Responsibilities(VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).The state practises the system of land registration and certificate issuance according to law.

This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam. The persons taking responsibility before the State for land use are: 1. The head of an organization, a foreign organization with diplomatic functions, or a foreign invested enterprise, is responsible for the land use by his/her organization. 2.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the efficient management of national land, safe marine transportation, and the protection of ownership of citizens, by prescribing matters concerning the standards and procedures for surveying and waterway survey as well as the preparation, management of cadastral records and comprehensive real estate records.

This Order contains the application form and the list of documentation for the acknowledgement of status of self-regulatory organization in the sphere of land-survey by public authority.

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of urban and rural planning.

The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act. Article 5 lays down provisions relating to the proposal of a rural landscape management plan.

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Upper Austria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre. En effet, il ajoute à l'article 9 du titre III de l'arrêté du ministre de l'équipement, de l'habitat et de l'aménagement du territoire du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de la topographie et du cadastre mentionné ci-dessus, dans sa partie relative aux tarifs d'immatriculation foncière obligatoire (cadastre) un troisième point portant sur les travaux le bornage et levé et l’établissement des plans.

The Vanuatu Land Use Planning Policy is a national sectoral policy of Vanuatu for the period 2012-2017. Its main objective is to guide land use planning by setting priorities and outlining legislative and institutional settings to enable land use planning that encourages the best current use of Vanuatu’s land resources.The Policy aims to support food security.
