The 1st Planet Earth International Exhibition & Forum, a 3-day event to be held in Accra from 5-7 October 2021, is designed to stimulate innovative ideas for carbon-reduction strategies as well as other environmental interventions. The event confronts challenges on a host of fronts from land degradation, e-waste, single-use plastics as well as energy production, building and construction, transport, industry and de-forestation leading to rising carbon emissions causing climate change, abnormal weather events, rising sea-levels leading to shortages of food and water, potential conflict and mass population displacement and much more.
