International Ltd) in 2 Thnou commune of Snoul district in Kratie province as conversion forest for development purposes, and reclassifying the land from state public land to state private land for granting Economic Land Concession to Therak Viniyo company.
Sub-Decree No. 146 on Economic Land Concessions
"Article 1
The objectives of this sub-decree are to determine the criteria, procedures, mechanisms and institutional arrangements for initiating and granting new economic land concessions; for monitoring the performance of all economic land concession contracts; and for reviewing economic land concessions entered into prior to the effective date of this sub decree for compliance with the Land Law of 2001."
Sub-decree on Social Land Concessions
This sub decree has the objective to define the criteria, procedures and mechanism granting of social land concessions for residential use and/family farming. There are two types of Social Land Concession: local and national programs.

The 2001 Amendment to the Land Law aims to determine the regime of ownership for immovable properties in the Kingdom of Cambodia for the purpose of guaranteeing the rights of ownership and other rights related to immovable properties. It also intends to establish a modern system of land registration that guarantees the rights of people to own land.

"Article 1:
This law has the objective to determine the regime of ownership for immovable properties in the Kingdom of Cambodia for the purpose of guaranteeing the rights of ownership and other rights related to immovable property, according to the provisions of the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia."
