This Law regulates the manner and conditions under which the allocation/grant of concessions is authorized and defined on the territory of the Bosnia and Herzegovina.This Law also prescribes the responsibility, rules and terms of the institutional structure, competence and other issues related to the Commission for Concessions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the public tender procedures, the contents and operation of the concession agreement, the rights and obligations of all concessionaires and other issues related to the concessions, the conditions under which local and foreign legal persons may be obtain the concessions in a specific sectors, the property issues and legal aspect when dealing with concessions.The major aim of this Law is to create a transparent, non-discriminatory and clear legal framework for determining the conditions for domestic and foreign legal persons in order to encourage the foreign investment flow.The Law is divided into VI Chapters and 36 article, including the offences and related penalties.
