This Decree establishes the modalities of organization and conduct of electronic auctions for sale of public plots of land and the right of the conclusion of lease contracts related to public land plots destined for sale for residential housing construction and lease contracts for servicing thereof. Seller of public land plots shall be state legal person and seller of the right of lease of public land plots shall be lease provider. Organizer of electronic auctions shall supply clients with all the necessary information related to auction sales. Participant of auction sale must submit to the operator bid bond.
