These Regulations of the Territorial Planning Commission concern design standards and other requirements and criteria for all subdivisions, agriculture subdivisions, lot parcelling, estates of deceased persons and parental subdivisions submitted to the Territorial Planning Commission. The Regulations concern also land survey and registration and specify criteria for improvement plans. Such plans shall contain water plans, a storm drain plan and a soil report.In a proposal of subdivision, due regard shall be had to all natural features such as trees, water courses, scenic points, historic locations and similar community assets, which, if preserved, will add attractiveness and value to the subdivision. Other criteria regarding subdivision concern easements, utilities and watercourses.
