This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 17 articles and two Annexes, sets out the conditions and restrictions on land use and implementation of activities in areas at risk from flooding and associated erosion of inland waters and the sea.
Land is and will remain a primary asset for national development, performing multiple social, economic, ecological and cultural functions.
