This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of regional objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) realization of state policy; (b) validation of long-term programs in the sphere of conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage; (c) establishment of preferential rates of land lease charges for land under objects of cultural heritage; (d) validation of the list of regional objects of cultural heritage; and (e) organization of regional cultural and historical reserves.
