This Law officially establishes the new form and entity of the national nature area (park) officially denominated “Kozara” (situated on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of BIH, also defined by precise coordinates and borders also part of this Law), further defining the border protection regime, rules and standards, management related standards and issues, including the provisions governing the protection, management ,development activities and obligations of legal and private entities.
