The present Law promotes the sustainable growth of the national economy with a view to sustainable development, as well as responsible land use planning in the Canton Basel-Stadt. The text - consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: purpose, target of achievement, communication, appropriate measures to be taken, financing, cooperation with third parties.
