The scope of this Regional Law shall be conservation, management, protection and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. All the objects of cultural heritage of regional and municipal significance shall be subject to mandatory recording in the State register of the objects of cultural heritage. Boundaries of protection areas around the objects of cultural heritage and regime of land tenure and land-use planning shall be validated by the Regional Government in accordance with the conclusions of state historical and cultural expertise on motion by the authorized regional state executive body.
