Item 3 of the Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agrochemicals – fertilizers of chemical or biological origin, chemical ameliorator, fodder additive destined for plant feeding, regulation of soil fertility and feeding of animals. This concept shall not be applicable to peat”.
