Article 1 establishes that the following are part of public land: public waters, such as lakes, rivers and other watererways; b) mines; c) land that cannot be cultivated, such as rocks, landslides, glaciers, snowfields; d) land underground; e) newly formed land and f) al other things in common use, such as roads and squares for example.
