This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Southeastern region.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fishery development; restoration and protection of natural forest ecosystems; development of water supply, irrigation and drainage systems; protection of the environment; waste treatment facilities; and urban space development.
