The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that whoever has the intention of building some industrial plants or facilities shall respect protected nature and cultural heritage. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of nature (II); Protection of landscape (III); Protection of cultural heritage (IV); Municipal recreational areas (V); Entry into force (VI).
