This Instruction establishes the modalities of access to information on registered rights to immovable property and real burden (restrains) in the form of certificates and extracts from the Unified register of immovable property. The aforesaid extract shall be granted by written application to any citizen who shows personal identification document. If in case of inspection has been established that actual acreage of a plot of land does not correspond to legally stated area this information shall be recorded in technical passport of the plot of land with the issuance of certificate of state registration of rights to immovable property. The period of validity of certificates and extracts (Annexes 1 and 2) shall be six months from the date of issue.
