This Decree provides for the execution of distraint and auctioning of land use rights in those cases where the same land use rights have been revoked and deemed to be assigned otherwise. The Decree is divided in the following Chapters: I, General provisions; II, Distraint of land use right to ensure the judgment execution; III, Auction of land use right for judgment execution; IV, Implementation Provisions.
