The Government of Moscow decrees to validate the Table of average land charges for the tenancy right to the plot of land in Moscow, the modalities of their application and the Provisional methodology of calculation of land charges for the tenancy right to the plot of land. Moscow city committee on land resources is authorized to calculate land charges for construction (reconstruction) of buildings, edifices and works on the plots of land (in accordance with Annex 2) and to calculate land charges for maintenance and repairs of the existing buildings, edifices and works on the plots of land (in accordance with Annex 1). The Decree contains 2 Annexes and 4 Tables.
