Cutting 3,416.14 ha in Dei Kraham village of Trapaeng Prasat communes in Trapaeng Prasat district of Uddor Meanchey province: 1,274.65 ha from Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary, 742.82 ha from ELC of Tomring Rubber, and 1,398.67 ha from ELC of Tay Ninh Siem Reap Aphivat Caoutchouc; Reclassifying 2,693.79 ha as state private land for donating to 519 families; Reserving 722.35 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 931 private land parcels.
