This Circular, consisting of 9 articles divided into three Chapters, prescribes the management and use of riparian alluvial land, coastal alluvial land and coastal land with water surface used for agricultural production, forestry, aquaculture and salt-making.

The Decision lays down rules and procedures for changing the land resources categories.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on water, soil and waste of 4 March 2009. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to waterworks, the use and protection of waters, management of water resources as well as the protection of soil, sanitation of polluted areas and waste management.

This Act makes provision with respect to the procedures and processes in accordance with which land use in a planning area or zone are prescribed, managed, monitored and evaluated. The Act sets out the fundamental principles of land use, establishes land use planning authorities and provides with respect to land planing procedures and authorizations.

These Regulations amend the Organic Farming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 in regulations 2 to 5 so as to remove the definition of and words referring to "the Compendium of Organic Standards".

This State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent.

This Decree states that the protection of cultural heritage is a set of measures to prevent deformation, destruction, alteration of the structure and loss of cultural value. The state authorities and municipalities shall carry out control over the use, as well as ensure the identification, research, inventory, monitoring and protection of cultural heritage.

This Act, consisting of 29 sections divided into seven Parts, establishes the dissolution of Lake Illawarra Authority. The assets, rights and liabilities of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority immediately before its dissolution become, on that dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Crown.
