I am forest ecologist, with a master from Copenhagen University, with extensive experience in aspects related to community land use rights, land-use planning and land governance for development of rural communities in Mozambique. I am currently coordinating the CBNRM Network in Mozambique (R-GCRN), which is a platform aiming to build standards to improve community participation in decision making over sustainable management of land and natural resources, including wildlife. Throughout my career on land sector, I have been developing tools and guidelines to ensure ethic land based investments and respect for community land rights end ensure equitable and sustainable development.
