This Joint Regulation establishes that hunting grounds shall be considered land areas, forest land and wetlands that are natural habitats of wild fauna and can be used for hunting. Hunting grounds shall be transferred on lease to legal persons through tenders if it is not otherwise envisaged by the national legislation. Lease of hunting grounds shall be exercised in accordance with lease contract for a limited period of time for payment. The period of lease shall not be less than 10 years.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the organization and carrying out tenders (auction sale) of the plots of urban land and lease thereof for the purpose of housing construction. Seller of the aforesaid plots of urban land or of the right of purchase thereof shall be a state body of local self-government. Trade of the plots of land pertaining to the federal property and the right of lease thereof shall be authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.

This Decree establishes calculation and payment of land charges by legal persons. Land charges shall be compulsory for all land tenants, including lessees and landowners except for cases envisaged by the national legislation. Land charges shall be collected in the form of land tax or rent for land plots allotted on lease to local self-government. The amount of land tax shall be set in accordance with quality and location of land plot and it shall not depend upon economic and other activities by land tenants and landowners.

This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions of the organization and carrying out tenders for the conclusion of land lease contracts related to land plots that have not been allotted in tenancy, hereditary lifelong possession and ownership. It also establishes rights and duties of the participants of tenders. Rural, district and city executive bodies shall be responsible for tenders related to land plots free of mortgage and dispute settlement. Tenders shall be open to participation by Belarus nationals, stateless persons, foreigners and international organizations.

This Decree regulates transfer in mortgage of lease right in case of mortgage of constructions and edifices by legal persons. Mortgage of construction or edifice and mortgaged of the right of lease of the plot of land shall be carried out by one mortgage contract by consent of the lessor of the plot of land.

The present Ordinance regulates the implementation of the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. Article 2 names the Agricultural Centre of Ebenrain as competent authority in all related matters; article 3 deals with authorities entitled to file an appeal and the relevant proceedings; article 4 concerns legal protection; and article 7 fixes the entry into force.

Order No. 310 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on state registration of the plots of forest land within state forest fund.

This Order establishes that state registration of the plots of forest land within state forest fund shall be carried out by state executive bodies responsible for keeping state forest register. State registration shall be carried out in the following cases: (a) allotment of the plots of forest land within state forest fund; and (b) renewal of lease contracts for the plots of forest land and renewal of free of charge forest management contracts in case of conformation thereof to the Forest Code.

Framework Agreement on First Nation Land Management.

The present Agreement is an initiative by 14 First Nations to take over the management and control of their lands and resources. The Agreement sets out the principle components of this new land management process. Furthermore, the present Agreement provides First Nations with all legal status and powers needed to manage and govern their lands and resources. While First Nations will not be able to sell their land, they will be able to lease or develop their lands and resources, subject to any limits imposed by their own community in laws and Land Codes.
