Decree No. 72 of the State Land Cartographic Committee validating the Regulation on land inspection.

This Decree establishes that land inspection shall be autonomous institution within the State Land Cartographic Committee. Land inspection shall carry out the following tasks: (a) enforcement of land legislation; (b) detection of unused or irrationally used land; (c) supervision over quality of land monitoring; (d) supervision over soil improvement arrangements; and (e) coordination of land survey.

This Act provides for transitional and consequential matters relating to the enactment of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006. It amends the Native Title Act 1993, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005, the Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and Framlingham Forest) Act 1987, the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and some other Acts.

Order No. 81 of the State Agency for Registration of Immovable Property Rights validating the Regulation on supervision over land tenure and land protection by chief land inspectors.

This Order establishes that officials of land survey service shall be at the same time state land inspectors. In the process of inspection state land inspectors shall control availability of land certificates and shall ensure remedial actions for the removal of the violations of land legislation. Annexes contain inspection reports.

The President, with a view of improvement of regulation of land relations and carrying out state control over land management and protection, decrees to set up land survey services within local executive bodies entrusted with the following functions: (a) state control over land management and protection, execution and quality control of land survey and land cadastre work; (b) expropriation and allotment of the plots of land; (c) enforcement of land legislation; (d) submittal to tax inspection of data related to land ownership by natural and legal persons; and (e) exposure of abandoned land.

Decree No. 7 of the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography validating the Regulation on access to information contained in state land cadastre register.

This Decree establishes that access to information contained in state land cadastre register shall be granted to the users concerned by the local executive bodies and local self-government in the place of location of plots of land. Information shall be granted upon submittal of written application containing place of location of the plot of land and name of the applicant. Information related to registration of the plot of land shall be granted to any legal or natural person.

Agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of Armenia on cooperation in the area of geodesy, cartography, distant zoning of the earth and land cadastre.

The authorized state institution responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement shall be the State Committee on Immovable Property of Belarus and the State Committee on Cadastre of Immovable Property of Armenia. The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) exchange of scientific and technical information regarding geodesy and cartography; (b) joint scientific research; (c) exchange of data on distant zoning of the earth; (c) GPS survey; and (d) exchange of geodetic, cartographic and GPS survey materials.

The present Regulation is made under the Law of Property Act. Section 1 establishes that “existing encumbrance or mortgage” means an encumbrance or mortgage that is registered and that has or will continue to have priority over or equal priority with the mortgage to be given. The text consists of 3 sections.

Instruction on system-based registration of rights to immovable property located outside residential areas.

This Instruction establishes the modalities of system-based registration of rights to immovable property located outside residential areas. System-based registration includes inspection of the plots of land divided into shares, elaboration of cadastre plans and registration files, and issuance of registration certificate.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to assessment of property in the province of British Columbia. Section 18 establishes that all land and improvements in British Columbia are liable to assessment under the present Act unless exempted under this or another enactment. In particular, Part 3 deals, inter alia, with special valuation rules for dams, power plants and substations, valuation rules for designated port land, as well as with classification of land as a farm and classification and valuation of forest land.
