Under section 1, the purpose of the Act is to provide a system for the registration of the title to land in the Province and instruments related thereto and to provide statutory authority for guaranteed land title. A Real Estate Register is kept of real estate and other register units in land and water areas. The Real Estate Register contains information about the characteristics of the units and their location as well as other information concerning the units, as provided in this Act. The Register is part of the Land Information System. Types Real estates listed in section are listed in the Register, amongst others State-owned forest lands, conservation areas founded on a State-owned area in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act (1096/1996) and public water areas (274/1998).

Town and Country Planning (Enforcement Notices) Regulations (Cap. 283).

These Regulations shall apply to any enforcement notice served under the provisions of section thirty-one of the Town and Country Planning Act. An enforcement notice shall be in the form set out in Part I or Part II of the Schedule. The Minister or planning authority, as the case may be, shall keep a register containing the information in respect of every enforcement notice he or it serves as specified in regulation 5. The register shall be kept at the office of the Minister or planning authority, as the case may be, and made available for inspection by the public.

Regional Act No. 14 concerning the environmental restoration of polluted areas.

In implementation of articles 17, 19 and 21 of Legislative Decree No. 22 of 1997, the present Regional Act lays down rules governing the environmental restoration of areas which have been polluted by waste. Furthermore, it makes provision on the elaboration of the Land Reclamation Plan (art. 3). Article 2 provides for the creation of the register of areas to be restored.

Community Right to Buy (Specification of Plans) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. No. 231 of 2004).

These Regulations make provision for the maps, plans or drawings which are required to accompany an application by a community body to register an interest in land. If the application is granted the maps, plans or drawings are to be entered in the Register of Community Interests in Land. The Schedule to the Regulations requires that the maps, plans or drawings use a metric scale corresponding to a scale used by the Ordnance Survey for that land, are taxative and show a north point.

Protected Areas Order 2004.

This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256) and repeals the Protected Areas (No. 13) Order 2002 and the Protected Areas (No. 10) Order 2003; furthermore it provides for the application of the status of protected areas to those listed in the Schedule.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Order issued on 15/11/1971 related to the expropriation of the land No. 299 of 3200 square metres located in the zone of Almasiya-Gaza Strip in favour of the Governor General is now abrogated and will be restored to the original owners (art. 1). Original owners of the aforementioned land before the expropriation have the total right of disposal over it according to laws in forced (art. 2).

Minor Amendment of paragraph 2, with the sibstitution in the text of the period 12 months with 3 years.The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore. The Authority shall also manage and maintain the cadastre survey system as a foundation for land title as well as advising the government on matters relating to land survey, tenure, ownership and disposition. The Authority has the power to direct for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act (sect. 7).

Mortgage Registration Act 1786.

This Act regulates the registration of mortgages. All persons holding mortgages or other conditional conveyances of property which shall be made and executed by any person or persons in respect of any property situate in Bermuda shall deposit for registration in the office of the Registrar General a memorandum containing the particulars as set out in section 1. Non registration implies that other persons can mortgage or conditionally convey the same property. Charges on property of company other than on land in Bermuda cannot be registered under this Act.
