These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with application for first registration where purchase money or compensation does not exceed a specified sum.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).
For the purposes of this Act there is hereby established an office to be known as the Central Land Record Office which shall be responsible for the administration of the provisions of this Act and be the central repository of copies of all records of customary land holdings. These offices shall be managed by the Judicial and Legal Service Commission acting as National Recorder. Tasks of the National Recorder are set out in section 7 and include registration of customary land. "Customary land" has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 2 of the Land and Titles Act Titles.
The present Act makes provisions for the registration and organization of cooperative societies, defines their powers, privileges and duties and provides for their internal organization, management and finances, and provides for other matters relating to the functioning of cooperative societies and cooperative development.
The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Cooperatives Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution.
La présente loi a pour but de fixer les émoluments proportionnels perçus par les bureaux du registre foncier. Le texte comprend 13 articles répartis en 3 chapitres comme suit: Généralités (er); Emoluments ad valorem (2); Dispositions finales (3).
Le prèsent règlement établit que le canton de Neuchâtel est divisé en deux arrondissements du registre foncier. Le texte comprend 148 articles répartis en 17 titres dont les plus importants sont: Bureaux du registre foncier – Autorité de surveillance – Fonctionnaires (I); Registre foncier (II); Etablissement des plans cadastraux et du registre foncier (III); Immatriculation des immeubles (IV); Dispositions de la loi et actes en vertu desquels s'opère l'inscription au registre foncier (V); Réquisition d'inscription et inscription des actes (VI).
La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, que se expresan en nuevos Soles por unidad de superficie para cada una de las regiones geográficas, y dentro de éstas a nivel de departamentos, provincias y distritos.

This Regulation establishes the procedure of preparation and co-ordination of the lists of the plots of land to which the Russian Federation, Regional and Municipal authorities claim the right of ownership originating from Federal Law "On delimitation of state property on land". The Ministry of Property Relationship in accordance with other Federal Executive Bodies are entitled to elaborate the list of the plots of land on the basis of the forms listed in the Annex 1.

Transformation is carried out by land administration offices in light of changes in data regarding real estate. Transformation is based on data contained in maps and other documents resulting from related procedures. This data should be supervised during the transformation procedure. Transformed land registers should be exhibited and appeals may be lodged against incorrect data.
