The Schedule of the present Regulation sets out the forms to be used for the purposes of the Real Property Act. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Annex.

This Regulation defines the areas that are reserved and set apart as well as the purposes for which these areas are reserved.

The purpose of the Regulations is to prescribe as a township an area of land in relation to the Tiwi Aboriginal Land Trust.Section 19A of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 provides that a Land Trust may grant a lease of a township to an approved entity. Township is defined in section 3 of the Act as having the meaning given by section 3AB. Subsection 3AB(3) of the Act provides that the Regulations may prescribe an area of land in relation to a Land Trust as a township.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council, for the grant of Aboriginal Land to that Council and for other matters relating to such land and the Council.The Council is established as a body corporate and shall hold title in and manage Aboriginal Land for purpose of the members of the Aboriginal community. The Council shall also protect and conserve natural and cultural sites on Aboriginal Land and engage in land-use planning for such land.

This Act provides for the incorporation, registration and regulation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations. For purposes of registration of corporations, it also provides for the Registrar and the Office of the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations. The Act also concerns dealings and status of land held by a corporation for the benefit of Aboriginal persons or Torres Strait Islanders.

This Act revokes the reservation of certain areas of land as national parks and nature reserves, as made under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Land within Botany Bay National Park is vested in Crown as Crown land. Lands whose reservation has been revoked are vested in the Minister responsible for the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. Under section 6, native title rights and interests are not affected by the provisions of the Act.

These Regulations, made under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 make provision for the constitution, registration, administration, internal organization, winding up, etc. of corporations of Aboriginals as provide for by the Act.The Corporations shall be registered with the Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations The Act also contains some provision relating to the external administration of corporations.

The Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council (WBACC) has made by-laws in accordance with subsection 52A of the Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986 with respect to conservation and biodiversity; Town Plans; activities on Aboriginal Land; enforcement of the by-laws; permits for activities; and prevention of misuse of water.The purpose of the Regulations is to prescribe penalties for a natural person and for a corporation for certain offences against the by-laws.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976. The Regulations concern and provide forms for: an application for the constitution of an Aboriginal Council area; request to alter functions of an Aboriginal Council; notice of alteration of rules of an Aboriginal Council; application for the incorporation of an Aboriginal association; and notice of alteration of objects or rules of an incorporated Aboriginal association.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the right of use relating to forests and pastures. The text consists of 53 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); New regulations and regulations (II); Transfer of rights of use, prerequisites and modes of transfer (III); Safeguard of rights of use, afforestation and other use of pasture ground (IV); Raw wood compensation in case of damage (V); Provisions relating to authorities and proceedings (VI).

In order to create and maintain a sustainable and efficient agriculture, property rights, rights of use and cultivation rights in rural life and economic areas – keeping in mind ecological considerations - shall be consolidated by means of reclassification of the agriculture and forestry property, as well as by re-ordering agricultural and forestry enterprises.
