This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Con Dao district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.The main objectives of the plan include: protection of biodiversity, and reasonable exploitation and use of natural resources; development of sea and island tourism, eco-tourism and cultural and historical tourism; afforestation; renovation of the water drainage systems; management of waste; management of national parks and the building of marine reserves; and urban space development.

These Regulations consolidate, principally for England only, the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 and subsequent amendments. The Regulations, among other things: impose procedural requirements in relation to the consideration of applications for planning permission under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

These Regulations concern the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. The aim of these provisions in to prevent harmful effects on soil, vegetation, animals and human beings by encouraging the correct use of such sewage sludge. The Department of for Environment Protection shall ensure that the sludge shall be tested in accordance with Schedule 1. Specific provisions concern precautions to be taken after sludge is used. Regulation 8 concerns penalties.

El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto regular el manejo de lodos provenientes de plantas de tratamiento de efluentes de la industria procesadora de frutas y hortalizas. En particular establece las exigencias sanitarias mínimas para el manejo, restricciones, requisitos y condiciones técnicas, para la aplicación de lodos en determinados suelos.

This Decree lays down the provisions for the assessment of soil contamination and the need for remediation measures. It shall not apply to sediment contamination. The assessment shall concern hazard or harm to health or the environment represented by the harmful substances in the soil. The Decree sets out sets out matters that shall be taken into account in the assessment. The assessment of harmful substances shall be based on standardized methods or methods corresponding to standardized ones with respect to their reliability.

These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 and the Planning and Development Act 2000 in relation to certain licensable activities that require both a land-use consent and an integrated pollution prevention and control licences. They require that an environmental impact assessment is carried out, in line with Directive No. 2011/92/EU, in relation to relevant decisions of the Environmental Protection Agency to grant an integrated pollution prevention and control licence.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de Protección Ambiental para proyectos vinculados a las actividades de Vivienda, Urbanismo, Construcción y Saneamiento, que tiene por objeto regular la gestión ambiental sectorial garantizando la adecuada implementación de la Política Nacional del Ambiente y la Política Ambiental Sectorial; y prevenir, mitigar, controlar y remediar los impactos ambientales negativos derivados de actividades correspondientes a proyectos de inversión del ámbito de competencia del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento.

This Ministerial Decree establishes criteria for classification of solid, liquid and gaseous waste as radioactive waste that shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) use of nuclear energy; (b) mitigation of the consequences of nuclear disasters; (c) rehabilitation of radioactively contaminated soil; and (d) mining and processing of minerals with high concentration of natural radionuclides.
