A law that regulates land-use planning and rational exploitation of land. Land is property of the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, its exploitation is allowed only under concession or authorization granted by the Government. Agricultural land exploitation areas shall not exceed 300 hectars, but the Council of Ministers may authorize land-use concessions to cooperatives and national or foreign companies for areas not exceeding 1500 hectars.

Ce décret réglemente les modalités de la mise en oeuvre de la Sécurisation Foncière Relative (SFR), procédure consistant en la délimitation d'un ensemble du terroir d'une communauté locale de base bénéficiaire de la gestion de ressources naturelles renouvelables ainsi qu'au constat des occupations comprises dans le terroir. Le décret fixe les opérations préliminaires à la SFR ainsi que la méthodologie à suivre (sensibilsation, enquête, délimitation et abornement, documents, conservation et droit de jouissance).

El Reglamento, que consta de 10 artículos, dispone que la utilización de tierras para el ejercicio de actividades mineras o de hidrocarburos, así como para el transporte de hidrocarburos y minerales por ductos, requiere acuerdo previo con el propietario de las tierras o la culminación del procedimiento de servidumbre.

Land legislation shall be based on the principles set out in article 3. In accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, land may be the state, communal, private or other forms of ownership (art. 4). Article 4 also defines state lands and communal ownership. Article 5 concerns rights of foreigners to use land. Transactions with rights to a land plot shall be subject to state registration and shall not require notarization, except for the cases provided by law (art. 9). Article 10 defines the Land Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

El presente Decreto establece la obligatoriedad de los planes de ordenamiento territorial, disponiendo que corresponde a todas las administraciones municipales y distritales formular y adoptar su plan de ordenamiento territorial.

Ce décret indique les procédures applicables aux opérations entreprises dans le cadre de l'article 31 de la loi nº 92-3, notamment celle relatives aux cas de: 1) Subvention directe à un propriétaire riverain; 2) Travaux réalisés par une collectivité locale ou un syndicat de collectivités locales. Un modèle type de convention est fixe par arrêté du Ministre de l'environnement.

This Act, consisting of 18 sections divided into three Parts, establishes the functions of the Corporation as follows: to acquire, by agreement or otherwise, to hold and to dispose of real property, including an estate or interest in real property, in accordance with this Act and it may acquire and hold such property notwithstanding any other law in force in the Territory which would restrict or otherwise limit the capacity of the Corporation to acquire and hold it.

This Decree lays down basic provisions on land. All land in the State of Lao PDR is the property of the national community. The State manages the land on a centralized and unanimous basis at the national level (art. 1).This Decree is composed of five Chapters, i.e.: Land and Property over Land (1); Right of Possession and Use of Land (2); Management and use of each Type of Land (3); Measures against Offenders (4); Organization and Implementation (5).

These instructions of the Minister to various land affairs offices throughout Indonesia seeks to accelerate the procedures of registration of transfer of rights over land. It gives precise guidelines on how to handle applications for registration. It also instructs Heads of Regional Offices of the Provincial Land Affairs Agency throughout Indonesia to guide and supervise Heads of Land Affairs Offices in Regencies or Municipalities in implementing these instructions.

This Order concerns the implementation of comprehensive land use plans by local authorities in accordance with criteria and standards of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLRB), who shall review, evaluate and approve land use plans. Procedures are outlined for cities and municipalities, and provinces. Land use plans shall be formulated on municipal level by Policy Recommending Bodies. Provincial Land Use Committees shall approve plans of cities and other municipalities. The Regional Land Use Committee shall approve the plans of provinces. (6 sections)

The Prime Minister directs the General Director of Land Administration and the presidents of the People's Committees of local entities to implement the Prime Minister's Directive No. 10/1998/CT-TTg in order to step up the granting of land-use certificates and to complete this by the end of 2000. The Directive also contains some rules relative recognition of title, exemption from fees, use of local funds, granting of temporary certificates in urban areas, and payment of levies and taxes.

The Law aims at the prevention of the production of agricultural crops and livestock which may be harmful to the human health or may interfere with the cultivation of crops helpful for the protection of national health or of a good living environment. In terms of Article 3 if certain agricultural areas are understood to be harmful to human health or of obstacle to the growth of other crops, the Government may declare such areas as agricultural land soil pollution policy areas ('policy areas").
