This Regulation implements the Surveyors Act 2003 by providing for insurance cover for registration endorsement (sect. 3), criteria for registration as an emeritus surveyor (sect. 4), particulars for register (sect. 7) and fees (sect. 10).

This Act, consisting of 9 Parts, provides for developing, maintaining and improving the Queensland survey and mapping infrastructure.

The Act appoints the Chief Surveyor as representative of the authority responsible for the survey and mapping of land boundaries, for marking those boundaries and report and register them in the Cadastral Dossiers and to monitor and supervise the registered land and notify any variations in the map.

This Act consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Acquisition (II); Reference to an Appeals Board and procedure thereon (III); Apportionment of Compensation (IV); Payment (V); Temporary Occupation of Land (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act provides a legal framework for the acquisition of private land by the government for the benefit of the public. Procedures and requirements for the acquisiton of land are set out in detail in the text. The Act further provides for the constitution of one or more Appeal Boards for the purpose of hearing appeals in respect of any award made by the Collector.

This Act concerns land surveys in Newfoundland and Labrador, provides for the establishment of the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors of the Province of Newfoundland and regulates its operations.

This Act concerns the management of various types of lands in Newfoundland and Labrador. Part I is dedicated to crown lands, Part II to abandoned lands, Part III covers the administration and control of public lands, Part IV provides for special management areas and Part V covers survey markers.

The Decision provides for the institution of the Sub-institute in the Northern part of the country, its functions in land cadastre registration, land use planning, allocation ,mapping and managing.

The present Law establishes legal basis for the organization and management of geodetic, topographic and cartographic works and elaboration, use and protection of scientific and technical production, material and information that are the outcome of the afore-mentioned works. Ce décret modifie certaines dispositions du Code de l'urbanisme relatives aux documents d'urbanisme, et notamment au schéma de cohérence territoriale, qui comprend un rapport de présentation, un projet d'aménagement et de développement durable et un document d'orientations générales assortis de documents graphiques.

Le présent décret fixe la procédure de délimitation du rivage de la mer, des lais et relais de la mer et des limites transversales de la mer à l'embouchure des fleuves et rivières, conduite, sous l'autorité du préfet, par le service de l'Etat chargé du domaine public maritime.
