La presente Ley tiene como objetivos: a) promover el desarrollo integral de la mujer y su participación en todos los niveles de la vida económica, política y social de Guatemala; b) promover el desarrollo de los derechos fundamentales que con relación a la dignificación y promoción de la mujer, se encuentran establecidos en la Constitución Política de la República, las convenciones internacionales de derechos humanos de las mujeres y los planes de acción emanados de las conferencias internacionales sobre la temática de la mujer.

These Regulations amend the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters) Regulations 2014 so as to give effect to the Commission Implementing Decision on granting a derogation requested by Ireland pursuant to Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. They also make technical amendments to sections 17 and 26 of the principal Regulations and insert a new Part (7) on implementation of the Commission Decision.

Act amending Acts on buffer zones and environment (No. 726 of 2014).

The Act partly amends Act No. 591 and Act No. 932 with regard to the scope of application and consultancy on water plan proposals.In Act No. 591, the insertion of a ban to land fertilization in a 10 meters' buffer zone from the width of surface waterbodies of more than 100 square meters in size (with exception of areas used for forestry, gardens, and dykes). Marginal zone areas in buffer zones will account for more than 5% of the total area at the time of this Act's entry into force.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, protection, conservation and management of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique and typical natural complexes and objects, wild fauna and wild flora, and ecological education of the population. Land areas that are integral part of protected area s under management by state and municipal environmental institutions shall not be subject to privatization. Regional protected areas can be instituted either with or without land expropriation from landowners, landlords, land tenants and lessees.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by, among other things: inserting a new regulation 16A to introduce an additional fixed charge for applications for planning permission requiring an environmental statement; removing fees for listed building consents, conservation area consents and demolition within an area of village or townscape character; making changes to the fee structure and fee maxima for wind turbines and wind farms.

This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the ownership of the port infrastructure deployed in Funchal, Madeira called "Praça do Mar". It specifies the public domain of the Autonomous Region of Madeira of the above mentioned area, as well as the disaffection of the corresponding port use, the delimited infrastructure in Annex I, with exclusion of soil on which it is deployed and what constitutes public maritime domain. The ownership of the public maritime domain is now under the State, pursuant to Law No. 54/2005 of 15 November. .
