The present Ordinance implements article 4 of the Law of 30 August 2006 on official land valuation. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Implementation of estimate (3); Estimate values (4); Land and buildings to balued (5); Costs and fees (6); Final provisions (7).
