This Order establishes the requirements for state registration of cadastre district land that shall be integral part of Uniform state land registration system and shall have as its purpose state cadastre registration of land plots within the boundaries of a cadastre district. Land registration shall be carried out in accordance with the following proceedings: (a) data on already registered land plots; (b) cadastre registration of new land plots, modification of some characteristics of existing land plots (cadastre registration of modifications) or disestablishment of land plots; and (c) data reporting on land rights and use restrictions.
