This Law regulates the issues related to concession of the right of private ownership of non-agricultural land pertaining to state property conceded in lease to physical and legal persons. The following categories of non-agricultural land pertaining to state property conceded in lease to physical and legal persons are subject to concession on condition of private ownership: (a) the plots of non-agricultural land conceded in lease to privatized (private) enterprises; and (b) the plots of non-agricultural land conceded in lease in accordance with the modalities established by the legislation to physical or legal persons. The document consists of III Chapters that contain 7 Articles. Chapter I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Chapter II (art. 6) regards transitional provisions. Chapter VII (art.7) lays down final provisions.
