Ministerial Decree No. 77 of 1995 regarding validation of the Regulation on Interministerial Co-ordination Commission for carrying out the project of the support of land reform.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Interministerial Co-ordination Commission functions for the period of effect of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning the land based credit for putting into effect land reform. The main task of the Interministerial Co-ordination Commission is to control the fulfilment of the project of the support of land reform and assistance to the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey in the solution of issues that require inter-departmental co-ordination and cooperation. The Interministerial Co-ordination Commission is made up of the representatives of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and other Federal Executive Bodies concerned and is presided by the President of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey.
