This Act makes provision with respect to planning and ecological experiments in urban areas. City Councils may take decisions derogating from existing requirements regarding soil, water, etc in experimental areas within 5 years from the date of entry into force of this Act if it holds that the experiment will contribute to the improvement if the environment and quality of live.
Repealed by: Act No. 37 of 2006 containing rules relative to the parsimonious and rational use of space and optimal living environment in urban and rural areas and relative to the coordination of procedures (Temporary Act City and Environment Strategy). (2010-07-18)
