This Agricultural Sector Policy Framework (ASPF) is a sectoral policy framework of the Republic of South Sudan applicable to the period of 2012-2017. Its main objective is increase of agricultural productivity to improve food security and contribute to economic growth and environmental sustainability.The ASPF provides for measures regarding both food security and nutritional security.

Section 2 of this Chapter sets out findings and defines policy goals regarding the protection of the Seashore Reserve (defined in section 3). One of the particular goals is to protect wildlife, marine life, and other ocean resources, and the natural environment, to preserve the ecological balance of the seashore reserve and prevent its deterioration and destruction.

This Declaration rectifies the Resolution of the Council of Ministers approving the Regional Land Use Planning of Alentejo. The amended Chapters and Sections establish several and important amendments to the Regional Land Use Planning of Alentejo.

These Regulations amend the Organic Farming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 by amending the interpretation of “the Council Regulation” to take account of the introduction of Council Regulation (EEC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007, which repeals and replaces Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91.
