The Government, with a view of rational management of natural resources, conservation of biological and landscape diversity, decrees to transfer reserve land with total land area of 1068 ha, to the category of protected areas allocating it to the national park “Chon-Kemin”. State environmental protection agency shall perform zoning of the aforesaid land area.

These Regulations make provision in England for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations.

This Order allows for the creation of a nationally significant infrastructure project and associated development described in Schedule 1 and a corresponding marine habitat. There shall be put in place for the affected coastal area a compensation environmental management and monitoring plan and other environmental compensatory measures.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds.
